UK SHIPPING
Free standard delivery on most orders over £50.
Orders £50 and under will be charged £7.50 for standard delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us by the shipping company after delivery is attempted for a second time, we will require a £15.00 fee to be paid before items are re-sent.
Once your payment has been processed, we aim to have your order dispatched within seven days.
Orders with framing included will take longer; please allow an additional 3-4 weeks for framing prior to dispatch.
UK orders will be sent with UPS/Royal Mail with the relevant level of insurance.
Where items are unique or made to order, there may be longer lead time on your purchase and we will contact you if this is the case.
Framing orders will be sent at extra cost due to size, fragility, and weight. Please contact us for individual delivery quotes for any orders with framing.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
Please refer to the shipping table below for international delivery charges.
Orders going outside of the UK will be sent with Fedex with the relevant level of insurance.
If a parcel is returned to us by the shipping company after delivery is attempted for a second time, we will require repayment of the shipping cost before items are re-sent.
Once your payment has been processed, we aim to have your order dispatched within seven days.
Orders with framing included will take longer; please allow an additional 3-4 weeks for framing prior to dispatch.
Please bear in mind that international shipping may take considerably longer than domestic shipping, depending on destination country and customs.
Shipment to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, and these additional charges must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for these.

COLLECTIONS
All orders can be collected from either of our galleries free of charge.
Once your payment has been processed, we aim to have your order ready to collect within seven days. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to collect from your our gallery.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your order, you are responsible for returning it on a tracked service and contacting us at [email protected] in advance to let us know within seven days of receiving your purchase.
Once your order has been returned, we will contact you to provide a refund (minus original shipping fee) or an exchange.
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, we ask that you keep any items and packaging and contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can then organise a replacement, refund, or exchange. If this is the case we ask that you contact us within 14 days of delivery date – after this time we will not be able to take liability for damage.
We ask that you please keep hold of original order and packaging, and don’t arrange a return, until we are in contact with you.
In some cases, the print you purchased may no longer be available as once an edition is sold out it cannot be reproduced. If this is the case, you will be refunded.
LOST ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your order goes missing in the post, we will contact you and the relevant shipment company to try to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for orders going missing once they are with shipment companies but will of course provide refunds, replacements, or exchanges to customers where necessary.
If we notice that there are issues with your shipment address we will contact you prior to dispatch, however we cannot always spot mistakes and cannot be responsible for errors in contact details provided by customers, and subsequent lost orders therefore.
